They constitute powers of the institution:
- General Assembly;
- Deliberative Council;
- Board of Governors;
- Fiscal Council;
The General Assembly
It is the supreme organ of the Institution that can deliberate on everything that concerns to the interests of the Institution. All the associates constitute it.
The Deliberative Council
It is composed by 08 (eight) elected members (four effectives and four substitutes) for the General Assembly for a mandate of 4 (four) years, with renewal of 1/4 (a fourth) annually.
The Board of Governors
It is composed of a President, a Vice President, a Secretary and a Treasurer. The Deliberative Council chooses the President and Vice President and these indicate the Secretary and the Treasurer. The Board of Governors has a mandate of 4 (four) years.
The Fiscal Council
It is composed by 08 (eight) elected members (four effectives and four substitutes) for the General Assembly for a mandate of 4 (four) years, with renewal of 1/4 (a fourth) annually. |
